XVR-10168-20 Overview
The Arista Networks is a 100GBASE-BiDi QSFP28 optical transceiver designed for short-range communication over multi-mode fiber (MMF).This module uses BiDi (bidirectional) technology, allowing it to transmit and receive signals over a standard duplex LC fiber pair, eliminating the need for MPO-based parallel fiber (like SR4).It supports transmission distances of up to 70 meters on OM3 fiber and 100 meters on OM4 fiber, making it ideal for data center short-reach deployments.
