Shipping Policy

We strive to make the procurement process as efficient as possible. At RAM N SSD, LLC, shipping costs are managed according to each customer’s specific requirements, with options for Ground, Expedited, and Overnight delivery to ensure your hardware arrives exactly when needed.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are sold as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Licenses, software, and digital content.

  • Prepaid cards, memberships, and gift packaging.

  • Any items returned in a condition that is damaged, unsanitary, or missing major contents.

Returns and RMA Requirements

All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. To obtain an RMA, please contact our support team. Please be aware that returns involving opened boxes (where the original manufacturer’s seal is broken), missing packaging, or missing accessories are subject to the following refund deductions:

  • Unopened Original Box (New Condition): 20% Restocking Fee.

  • Opened Original Box (New Condition with all accessories): 30% Restocking Fee.

  • Opened Box (New Condition, missing packaging or accessories): 50% Restocking Fee.

  • Used Condition (Returns for “no longer needed” or similar reasons): Up to 80% Restocking Fee.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, though applicable taxes will be credited back to your account.

Collection of Personal Information

We collect specific information necessary to facilitate your transactions and provide direct communication. This includes:

  • Contact Information: Name, postal addresses, email, and telephone numbers.

  • Transaction Information: Details regarding your purchases and redemptions.

  • Financial Security: We collect financial account information only as needed to process payments. For your protection, your Credit/Debit card information is secured and not stored by RAM N SSD, LLC.; it is processed directly through the PayPal virtual terminal.
