The HP R6W25A is a high-performance SFP optical transceiver designed for 1 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel (1GFC) applications over multi-mode fiber (MMF). It is optimized for short-wave (SW) short-reach links, making it ideal for enterprise storage networks, data centers, and high-speed LAN environments.Operating at an 850nm wavelength, the transceiver features a duplex LC connector, ensuring secure and low-loss optical connections. Fully compliant with SFP MSA standards and 1000Base-SW protocols, the  guarantees interoperability with HP B-Series switches, storage arrays, and other compatible networking devices.
