LPE35002-M2 Overview
The LPE35002-M2 (Emulex LPe35002-M2) from Broadcom is a Gen 7 enterprise-class dual-port 32Gb Fibre Channel (32GFC) Host Bus Adapter (HBA) designed for NVMe all-flash storage networks and virtualized data centers. Utilizing a high-bandwidth PCIe 4.0 x8 interface, it delivers up to 5 million IOPS and low latency for mission-critical workloads. The adapter includes two 32GFC short-wave optical SFP+ transceivers with LC connectors, supporting multi-mode fiber connections. Built on Emulex’s Dynamic Multi-core Architecture, it auto-negotiates with 16GFC/8GFC devices and features Silicon Root of Trust hardware security to ensure a secure, tamper-proof enterprise storage area network (SAN).
