The StarTech is a 100Base-ZX SFP transceiver module engineered for long-distance Fast Ethernet connectivity over single-mode fiber. Operating at a wavelength of 1550nm, it supports extended transmission distances of up to 80 kilometers, making it ideal for telecommunications networks, metropolitan area networks (MANs), and long-haul enterprise connections. Equipped with a duplex LC connector, it ensures stable and high-quality optical signal transmission across extended fiber links.
