The Cisco N3K-C3548P-BD-L3A is a high-performance Layer 3 Nexus switch engineered for environments requiring ultra-low latency and precision, such as financial trading and high-performance computing. It delivers 48 × 10GbE SFP+ ports with 4 × 40GbE QSFP+ uplinks, offering flexible scalability and high-speed interconnect options. The switch achieves forwarding rates of 1.2 Bpps with a switching capacity of 1.44 Tbps, supported by a cut-through architecture that ensures latency as low as 200 nanoseconds. A dedicated 1G RJ-45 management port and USB management interface provide flexible administration options.
