The M.2 X16 Boss Controller Card is a PCIe adapter that provides an M.2 NVMe drive interface to a Dell PowerEdge server. It is designed to be used with the Dell PowerEdge C6420, which supports up to eight NVMe drives per server node. The M.2 X16 Boss Controller Card allows for up to four NVMe M.2 drives to be installed per card, providing a total of 16 NVMe drives per server node.
