BK829A Overview

The HP 1GB P2000 G3 ISCSI MSA Controller is a controller designed for use with the HP P2000 G3 MSA storage array. This controller provides iSCSI connectivity, which enables the P2000 G3 MSA to connect to a wide range of host servers and storage networks.
The controller supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and 50, which can provide data protection and performance benefits. Additionally, the controller supports advanced features such as thin provisioning, snapshots and automatic tiering, which automatically moves data between different disk types based on access frequency.
This controller is a dual-port iSCSI controller that provides 1GB of memory and supports up to 256 iSCSI targets.
