P11VC Overview
The P11VC Dell 10GB Dual-Port PCI-E FCOE CNA Adapter features two ports, each capable of delivering up to 10 Gbps of data transfer rates. This allows for high-speed communication between multiple servers and storage devices.
The adapter also features support for FCoE, which allows for the convergence of storage and networking traffic onto a single network infrastructure. This technology can help reduce costs and simplify management by eliminating the need for separate networks for storage and networking.
In addition to FCoE support, this Dell 10GB Dual-Port PCI-E FCOE CNA Adapter also supports Data Center Bridging (DCB) technology. This technology provides a set of extensions to Ethernet that enables lossless delivery of storage and other high-priority traffic.
