The AddOn UCS-ML-1X644RU-G-AM is an enterprise-class, high-density 64GB DDR4 Load Reduced ECC memory module specifically engineered for high-availability enterprise servers, data center environments, and multi-socket blade architectures. Operating at a native frequency of 2133MHz (PC4-17000), this module provides an ultra-reliable, high-capacity data foundation optimized to handle early-generation DDR4 enterprise virtualization pools, high-throughput database backends, and intensive multi-threaded compute workloads.
A defining characteristic of this module is its Load Reduced DIMM (LRDIMM) architecture packaged into an industry-standard 288-pin server form factor. Unlike standard Registered DIMMs (RDIMMs) that only buffer command and address lines, an LRDIMM utilizes an onboard data buffer chip to cache both control signals and the data lines.
