XVR-00060-02 Overview
The HP XVR-00060-02 is a high-speed 40Gbps QSFP+ optical transceiver designed for short-range data center connectivity using multi-mode fiber. Supporting the 40GBase-SR4 standard, it uses parallel optics with four transmit and four receive lanes, each running at 10Gbps, to deliver efficient, low-latency connections over distances of up to 100 meters on OM3 fiber or 150 meters on OM4 fiber. Its MPO connector enables high-density cabling, while the hot-pluggable form factor allows for quick deployment and replacement without network downtime. This module is ideal for high-throughput enterprise environments, top-of-rack switching, and server-to-switch interconnects.
