3D TLC (Triple-Level Cell) NAND technology is a type of flash memory technology used in solid-state drives (SSDs) that provides higher storage density compared to traditional 2D NAND flash memory. It allows more bits of data to be stored in each memory cell, which results in higher storage capacity in a smaller form factor.
