ZP4000GM3A013 Overview

Triple Level Cell (TLC) NAND flash is a type of non-volatile memory that is commonly used in solid state drives (SSDs), including the Seagate ZP4000GM3A013 Fire Cuda 4TB 530 TLC PCI-E 4.0 x4 NVMe M.2 SSD.
In a NAND flash memory cell, the amount of electrical charge stored represents the stored data. In SLC (Single Level Cell) flash, each cell can store one bit of data. In MLC (Multi-Level Cell) flash, each cell can store two bits of data. TLC flash takes this a step further by allowing each cell to store three bits of data.
The advantage of TLC flash is that it provides a higher storage density compared to SLC or MLC flash.
