The UCS-ML-3TK8RW-AX is a massive-scale 3TB enterprise memory kit from Axiom, specifically designed for Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) servers. The kit consists of twelve matched 256GB modules, operating at a standard 1.2V with a CAS latency of CL22.
Engineered for high-density, mission-critical server environments, these modules are Load-Reduced DIMMs (LRDIMMs). Unlike standard RDIMMs, LRDIMMs use a specialized memory buffer chip to reduce the electrical load on the server’s memory controller. This allows the system to support maximum capacity configurations at higher operating frequencies—such as DDR4-3200MHz—without forcing the bus speed to drop.
Equipped with ECC (Error-Correcting Code) and fully registered architecture, this 288-pin kit provides the extreme stability, data integrity, and massive throughput required for heavy virtualization, in-memory databases, big data analytics, and cloud infrastructure.
